Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:
This warranty agreement (“Agreement”) covers the (Brown Buffalo / Limited Edition) Dog leash, hereinafter referred to as “the Product,” manufactured and distributed by Pride Leads, hereinafter referred to as “the Manufacturer.” The Manufacturer warrants that the Product, crafted from genuine leather and offered as a limited edition dog leash, is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (10) year from the date of purchase.

2. Scope of Warranty:
During the warranty period, the Manufacturer will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective Product components or parts. This warranty extends to defects arising from normal and intended use of the Product, excluding damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and notify the Manufacturer of the defect within the warranty period. The Manufacturer may require the defective Product to be returned for inspection alternatively provide us photos of the problem, and assessment. If the defect is covered under this Agreement, the Manufacturer will repair or replace the Product, subject to the terms herein.

4. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Exposure to extreme conditions or environmental factors
Third-party accessories or components not supplied by the Manufacturer
5. Limitation of Liability:
The Manufacturer’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product as stated herein. In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

7. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the warranty of the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

8. Amendments:
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

By purchasing and using the Product, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Warranty Agreement.
